SELF-PICKUP

1 . SELF-PICKUP on your orders is available. You can save the costs of delivery by picking up your order at any our retail branch. 

2 . You may choose to SELF-PICKUP from store as below option :
     OPTION : A 
SELF-PICKUP @ SEREMBAN 2 ( Garden Avenue ) 
     BUSINESS HOUR : 9am ~ 9pm
     OFF DAY : OPEN EVERYDAY

     OPTION : B 
SELF-PICKUP @ SENAWANG ( Taman Cempaka )
     BUSINESS HOUR : 9:30am ~ 8:30pm
     OFF DAY : OPEN EVERYDAY

     OPTION : C 
SELF-PICKUP @ RAHANG ( Jalan Zaaba ) 
     BUSINESS HOUR : 9:30am ~ 7:30pm
     OFF DAY : OPEN EVERYDAY

     OPTION : D 
SELF-PICKUP @ LOBAK ( Jalan Tan Sri Manickavasagam )
     BUSINESS HOUR : 9:30am ~ 8:30pm
     OFF DAY : THURSDAY

    OPTION : E
SELF-PICKUP @ KEMAYAN SQUARE ( Jalan Toman )
     BUSINESS HOUR : 9:30am ~ 8:30pm
     OFF DAY : TUESDAY

3 . Please CHAT WITH US if you wish to SELF-PICKUP. Kindly leave down your preferable OPTION, DATE & TIME for collection, we will update you the availability of your request as soon as possible.

4 . During collection, the purchaser or the authorized person needs to show the E-INVOICE for verification to collect the product(s). XIANG LOONG AQUA PETS reserves the rights to reject collection if fail to provide the E-INVOICE during collection.
